Board Member
President – Shall preside at the meetings of the Association and the board of Directors. He/she shall be an ex-officio member of all committees except the nomination committed. The President will be allowed to sign checks or disbursement with approval from the Vice President.
Vice President – Will be allowed to sign checks or disbursements with approval from President. In case of death or absence of the President, or inability for any cause to act, the Vice President shall perform the the duties of the President.
Treasurer – Shall collect the annual dues and keep an account of all monies received by the Board of Directors. The Treasurer will be allowed to sign checks or disbursements with approval of the President or Vice President.
Secretary – Shall give notice of all meetings of the Association and the Board of Directors and keep a records of the proceedings of said meetings; conduct all correspondence and the care of execution of all orders, votes, resolutions of the Association and the Board of Directors; keep a list of the members of the Association; and the other duties as may be assigned.
