ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW SUBMISSION FORM

Section 1: General All structures built or placed on a lot in Spring Valley subdivision shall comply with all current applicable City of Conway building permits and all necessary building permits shall be secured by the property owner.
All construction work shall occur between 7am & 8pm local time - Monday through Saturday and 9am & 8pm local time on Sunday.
Property Owner and his Contractor understand that in the event legal action is required is order to enforce this agreement, or any terms of the SVPOA Covenants and Restrictions, that if the POA prevails, the Property Owner will be required to repay any reasonable Attorney Fees & costs incurred by the SVPOA.
