Welcome to the Spring Valley POA

 

Welcome to Spring Valley situated in beautiful Conway, Arkansas and located behind Ellen Smith Elementary School.  Our subdivision has over 300 homes, a walking track, and is a short drive to several amenities.  We are located within 10 minutes of downtown Conway, Interstate 40, and the University of Central Arkansas (UCA), as well as shopping and restaurants.

 

Conway is the county seat of Faulkner County and is nicknamed the City of Colleges because it is home to UCA, Hendrix College, and Central Baptist College.  Downtown Conway is the location of Simon Park, the Kris Allen Stage, and the annual Toad Suck Daze.

 

Students from Spring Valley attend Ellen Smith Elementary School, Bob & Betty Courtway Middle School, Conway Junior High and Conway High School.  Conway Corp supplies our electric, water and sewage utilities, as well as trash pickup.  They also offer cable, internet and phone services.  Centerpoint Energy supplies our gas utilities.

Emergency Shelters

 

The City of Conway has provided shelters at all schools. The nearest school to Spring Valley is Ellen Smith Elementary.  Shelter doors unlock when emergency sirens go off.
